I always remind people that journaling is one of the best tools we have – and is often either underrated or used incorrectly.

The idea of a journal is to help us to integrate our experiences from meditations etc and events in our lives.

In recording our meditations, we’re infusing our energy with what is being offered or shown. In recording things which occur at the same time it offers depth to our perception.
