Self control is an integral part of free speech and community well being. Without self control we are at the mercy of whatever emotion another can stir within us.
When we are able to respond, not react, to empathise, not sympathise then we are able to see and hear others where they stand without being manipulated. It means we can mitigate a situation rather than adding weight. We become a voice of wisdom and the calm in the storm.
Join us on June 21st at 7.00 pm for our discussion on control.
We have changed the time to the earlier 7 pm this month only. At 8.00 pm we’re hosting An Evening with John. This includes the Harmony 21 meditation and an opportunity to ask questions on current affairs of areas of concern for John to answer.
