Why being aligned within is essential. Over the past few months John has spoken about the elements, our own internal elements, and has given us a guideline for how they work and where they may operate out of balance. This month he’s continuing the talk about the elements and how we can work with them effectively. When we don’t have an inner sense of alignment then there’s a separation.
If there’s a separation within, then we it’s difficult to collaborate with other people.
Being willing to simply be and not do gives us an opportunity to breathe and grow. If you’re ready to restore balance, to step out of feeling you don’t own your life then here’s a simple exercise for you.
Try sitting for 5 minutes each day and simply focus on taking slow, deep, gently breaths. Record how your energy feels afterwards in your journal
