Last week we moved the challenge week to the first week of the month to set up the energy for the month. The challenge was about feeling uncertain, which we may all be feeling at present.  

Anxiety often seems to come from nowhere and yet the basis is usually a fear hiding below the surface and popping up unexpectedly. What makes you anxious? Is it speaking in public? Talking in groups? Being alone? Being in a crowd?   

For some stepping out after lockdown is causing major concern. That is not the issue. It’s just being activated by it. There is something else already there. When did it begin? Now we have opportunities to look at ourselves and make changes to build confidence.
