We have just returned from a retreat in Bali where not only did we work together, we played together. One of the gifts was the pool, which was solely for the group’s use.
Of course we swam and played in it. We also meditated and through exercises we worked with our intuition whilst in it. It was so very easy. Being in water helps our connection to Spirit since water is a conductor of energy.

Here are a few ideas you might like to try.

Try meditating in the bath and set an alarm so you don’t fall asleep and drown. We don’t recommend the shower as that is an excessive use of water!
I love walking barefoot in the garden or a park, feeling the earth beneath my feet. Try it. If you focus on feeling the earth, you may also feel the rhythm of its energy.
As children we used to sit and gaze into the fire to see what we might find there. We had so much fun looking at the images the fire formed – and of course it fed our imagination beautifully.
I love the feel of the wind in my hair so climbing a hill and sitting there or being in a boat and feeling the breeze are all ways to both relax and allow our connection to nature and all it offers.
Finally, connecting through my heart to sit in the silence brings total peace.

Just make sure you are sealed in your bubble so nothing disturbs you.
