Is staying aligned with the elements simply about using a daily meditation to do so?
You can use a meditation, yes. You may decide to sit in meditation and call in all 4 elements. Or you may – that’s if you know you’ve got all 4 – or you may if you know what the elements within you are, simply call on the elements you know you have.
Of course if you wanted to do it at a higher level, I’d suggest that you sat in meditation and you called on the element of Aether, which is Spirit, to help you balance the elements within you. Because then if you don’t know what they are, it doesn’t matter. Spirit does and it will take care of that for you.
So that’s just a tip you might want to try instead of going through all 4 elements. Because the other thing about choosing which meditation or which element to meditate on that could be tricky is, if you’re feeling over-emotional, you may think I need to do this, that or some other type of element. It may be that you need to meditate on water to calm it down. It may be that you need a different element. And you don’t know.
So by calling in Aether, that takes care of that.
